Sample eFed Proposal

This is a free-to-use sample of what you should be emaling when contacting potential members or applying to a fed-host. For a broader scope visit the fed-guide for a step by step guide to building an efed. Tips are below.

Do Not MASS EMAIL- Send to one contact at a time. People HATE being spammed and that's what sending email to a list of people is, spam. I would never join a fed when the owner can't be bothered with singling me out. There are too many feds on the Internet to look at.
KISS them. (Keep it simple, stupid) Dont EVER write a long email proposal. Your email will be filed in the black file cabinet in the corner.
Give details- detailed details. Don't ever write "HAY JOIN MY FED AND CLICK HERE!!!" The idea is to make the transition as seamless as possible. You don't want them to be asking you 100 questions. Try and be proactive.

Dear, (eWrestler or Fed-Host):

I would like you to give the UKDAW a look, we are looking for ewrestlers at the moment and I found your email address (address) under the impression that you are looking for an efed home. Even if you are not currently looking, please file our fed for future reference. We wont be going anywhere.

Titles, shows, real or fake, results, PPVS, staff, etc, etc, etc.

Did you see what I did in the opening paragraph? I told them where I found them (they want to know) and I also gave an assurance that the fed wont close in two weeks. That alone just might change their minds and make them join your ship. Using this technique will not guarantee you any members, but what it will do is establish you as a professional and an owner with class. This will in the long run, get you dedicated and quality members.
